Adlib have been working with Liverpool Community College to provide a solution to the growing training requirements in education establishments.

The aim is to provide students with opportunities through centred learning and focused training programmes.  By offering programmes that highlight employer demands, students can determine whether they are prepared for a career in the field of sound and lighting.

Adlib have worked with LCC through training workshops, where students gain the opportunity to meet sound and lighting professionals, work with industry standard equipment and field questions through interaction and group activity.

We also offer students the opportunity to talk with other young professionals that have recently made the leap from education to employment.
