Adlib have installed a sound system for the newly opened Noble House Bar & Restaurant, based in the heart of liverpool's city centre.
Adlib Solutions, one the Northwest's most prominent sound and lighting companies, have completed the installation of a brand new sound and media system in the Noble House. The venue features an interesting juxtaposition of striking architectural exterior against contemporary interiors.
Adlib Solutions were called in to furnish both ground and basement levels with sound systems. The ground level restaurant required a tasteful sound system and multimedia porjector to compliment a wide range of situations, from relaxed sunday dining to vibrant social functions. On the flipside, the basement level demanded the right blend between bar and club situation.
Ground Level Restaurant
To provide sound to the ground level restaurant, 12 new AA61i full range loudspeakers were adopted at key points throughout all dining locations. The new version, distinct for its detailed and clear audio representation, offers additional power and headroom to suit all audio applications within the restaurant, making it a versatile and compact choice for this space and a wide range of other venue applications.
Powering a large number of speakers requires an amplifier with plenty of power headroom. More importantly, providing the right amount of power to each box ensures optimal performance and accurate detailing. QSC's RMX range of amplifiers were selected, fulfilling all requirements and additionally offering a quality build and reliable performance. The restaurant has plenty of well defined spaces and it was important to ensure that the E.Q., level and balance was even throughout. The BSS range of soundweb processors offer an ideal way of getting the best out the speaker system, in terms of E.Q., delay and flexibility. The soundweb offers staff a quick and easy solution to controlling volume and source playback in any area of the building from a convenient location.
Basement Level Bar/Club
For evening time entertainment, The Noble House have made great use of the basement to put together a spacious and inviting bar/club area. To make sure the night's fesitivities are in full swing, Adlib continued their install by continuing the theme adopted in the restaurants by adding six more AA61 loudspeakers and two AA15HL sub bass enclosures to make sure a fuller, suitable frequency range could be achieved for the DJ/dancefloor area.
The BSS soundweb 3088 took care of processing duties and QSC RMX amplifiers were used to handle the high power output required for sub bass applications. The sub bass enclosures were recessed into the walls as a discreet option, maximising space without losing power, projection and tone.
Playback and Entertainment
To finish the basment area, Adlib supplied a complete DJ set-up including a full range of Pioneer CDJ400 CD decks, DJM400 mixer and custom build flightcase to house all equipment and cables. The set-up is an extremely versatile solution, offering flexbility on building location, DJ position and secure storage of all equipment when not in use.
An added feature of the install included bespoke input points at strategic points round the building. This offers the facility of live performances and DJing to be held in a range of locations. This adds to the array of install options present, ensuring the system is versatile enough to answer any requirements posed by the restaurant and staff. As a final touch, we always make sure that the system is accesible to staff to ensure functionality of equipment is quick and can be operated from remote points within the building.
We recognise the need for quick solutions without cutting corners and we pride ourselves on ensuring that the customer receives exactly what they need.
