United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association provides asbestos awareness training to employees working in construction environments.
The UKATA was founded to provide training to workers involved in the construction industry. Onsite employees need to be able identify and assess potential asbestos issues within buildings constructed earlier than 2005.
It is legally required that all workers prior to working on construction sites with the presence of asbestos have had formal training on the awareness of asbestos to properly protect themselves and others from the harmful health affects of inhalation.
Our workers have all been trained through the UKATA on asbestos training, including health and safety, rish assessment and most importantly being to identify potential issues before they arise.
