Adlib Audio has built its foundations on training individuals by exposing them to experienced employees actively working in the entertainment industry.  The average employee is required to call upon a wide variety of skills when in the warehouse and on gigs.  From a low profile rock show to a high profile corporate production, fundamental theory and a logical approach to systems of work will carry through. 

From start to finish employees and trainees will experience the level of professionalism and character required to work in a highly demanding environment.  A typical 'Adlib' day may require the average employee to call upon the following skills:

Performing Soundchecks at Gateacre
• Setting-up sound, lighting and visual systems
• Analog/Digital signal patching and networking
• Electrical maintenance and soldering 
• Programming software/hardware
• Soundchecking, testing and diagnostics
• Creating complex front-of-house and monitor mixes
• Working with equipment at height
• Working quickly and efficiently

Future Training and Developments

With the growing need to keep up with the latest industry technologies and standards, Adlib are aware of the requirement for training from source suppliers.  

Adlib have forged strong ties with many of the leading live production suppliers in sound, lighting and multimedia technology, to provide staff, apprentices and clients with the opportunity to build upon existing skills and stay abreast of the operation of the latest industry technologies.
